Derek was great to work with. I really appreciate he followed up with me when I told him I had applied and he didn’t see my app come through (I had failed to submit it), rather than waiting for a week or two to reach out. He answered my many questions right away and worked with me on finding the best refi solution to fit our needs. Our loan was closed quickly and we are very happy! Laura was great too! She also returned emails quickly and answered all my questions.
