Drew was phenomenal! We were in the middle of a terrible experience with a loan officer from another bank and Drew literally came in and saved the day. He worked so hard to get us to closing with a better rate and overall better loan in record time. We could not be more pleased!

Our experience with Frontier was wonderful! Drew took care of our mortgage after we had encountered a less than stellar experience with a "big box" mortgage company. He was great to work with--knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive! We worked with him in the fall of 2020 and since have recommended him to all of our friends looking for a mortgage company.

This was my first time buying a home and I sort of stumbled into it by accident. While I work in real estate and deal with debt servicing on a a much larger scale, I always hear horror stories of the residential process. I got Drew's contact information from a friend who is in residential real estate and I reached out to him just to see what I would qualify for. I knew my credit was less than perfect as I have student loans but Drew did a great job of never making me feel ashamed of that. Drew was very fast, thorough and had excellent customer service. I knew that if I had any question weather it be big or what I consider silly, he was always quick to respond and never make me feel like I was burdening him. I wish more people including others in the real estate/debt servicing profession could be like him.

Drew is the best. He was there every single step of the process and he explained everything to me as many times as I needed him to. He was available via email, cell, and text, which made it very easy to reach him. The morning of the closing, about an hour before the closing, the entire closing process was changed due to COVID-19. I got a call from Drew RIGHT AWAY, and even though I didn't answer, he followed it up with a text as well to explain the entire situation, and make it known that he would be there for us if there was anything we were unsure of. Drew did an amazing job, and I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone.
