All aspects of loan process were handled professionally and expeditiously. All people involved were friendly and easy to work with. They took time to answer our questions and explained when we had questions. I would recommend this service and Laura and Dustin specifically.

Being a first time buyer and with hardly no knowledge to speak of the one note that I followed starting off was check several sources to get the right loaning agency. I had gone through 4 different agencies before finding Frontier. They actually sat down with me and asked what are we looking for. It wasn’t just a “give us all you information, ok you can afford this”. I told them my situation and got a plan on how I could make it happen. They’ll fight for the right loan for you and will keep you in the loop the whole time. Would recommend for any first time buyer that really wants to be sure they’re getting the right deals.

Dustin was awesome to work with, he is very kind and easy to talk to.I am new to working with a loan officer so I didn't really know what to expect. But Dustin made it very clear and laid everything out for us. He made the loan process very easy and communicated everything to us in a timely manner.

Dustin has been amazing to work with. When I was first looking to buy a home due to frustration with my landlord not fixing things to meet the standard condition of the home for my children. Dustin was very understanding. The first time I talked to Dustin I just wanted to know what I needed to do to even be able to buy a house. He is the first and only person to explain to me what I needed to work on because I know my credit was low and I was looking for help on how to improve it and what needed to be lined up to get a loan. A few months later I was really upset with our rental again so I reached out to Dustin again. Yay got approved! Dustin is a miracle and I’m so blessed he has came into our lives. Without Dustin and Laura plus our relator Katie, my children truly get a Christmas miracle. It truly felt they could understand my frustration and fought for us to be able to get my kids into a different home. I’ve never had anyone fight for us before. My kids even told me to call them because were not moving in fast enough and they understood how much help they have been. Haha Anytime anyone talks to me about buying a home, I will forever recommend Dustin. I will definitely reach out to Dustin again if we ever need to buy another home. However, I hope it’s not for awhile not because of the loan processes which I thought would have been the hardest part but because the sellers and his realtor were nearly impossible. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you Dustin and Laura! Jessica, Jeremiah and Moriah Hope you and your families have a very Merry Christmas and the kids say they hope Santa spoils you this year!
